Horses must be familiarized (by feeding grain for several days) before they can be tamed.
Once familiarized enough, they are tamed the same way as in vanilla -with one exception: the player must attach a lead to the horse before they can mount the horse.
Once tamed and saddled, the player must still attach lead to the horse to mount. The lead acts as the reigns.
