This template produces a Promethean warning box that advises contributors to read the instructions before modifying an issues page.

Usage

You may optionally provide a first-position argument to {{issues/read the instructions}} containing the wikilink-location of the instructions to be read. For instance, to link to a section called "Organization of This Page & Instructions" in the transcluding document, use {{issues/read the instructions|#Organization of This Page & Instructions}}.
