Cloth is a flexible material made from woven fiber or string. It can be used for containers, clothing, or various furniture.

Obtaining

Cloth is created on a Loom using various types of Fibers and strings.

Usage

Cutting

Cloth can be cut into pieces by holding it and Right Clicking on the ground while the player has a knife in their inventory. This will bring up a GUI similar to the rock knapping GUI. When the right pattern is cut out, the cloth will be consumed and a piece of the item will be returned, which can be assembled into the final item.

Clothing

Linen, Wool, Cotton and Silk Cloth can be made into clothing pieces, which can be assembled into clothing. Different types of cloth will give your clothing different properties. See Clothing for more details.

Burlap Sack

Burlap Cloth can be made into the Burlap Sack, which can be used to preserve and store non-grain food.

Cloth Items

Linen, Wool, Cotton and Silk Cloth can also be used to craft Carpet, Beds, and Paintings.
