Metal Swords can only be made from tool metals. They can be cast in ceramic molds, or worked on a metal anvil.
Casting
- Main article: Casting
As of Build 77, Bismuth Bronze, Black Bronze, Bronze, and Copper Swords can be cast using a Vessel and a Ceramic Mold instead of working on an anvil.
Once you have your Unshaped Copper (or a bronze) you need to make a Ceramic Sword Mold:

Smithing
- Main article: Working
Sword blades are crafted by using double ingots on an anvil with a hammer. This is the only option for higher tier metals that cannot be cast.
The damage of the sword depends on the metal used. The durability depends both on the metal used and the skill of the smith forging the blade.
