The Bone Needle is a tool required for Sewing. It can be loaded with thread.
Obtaining
The Bone Needle is obtained by breaking a bone against a Stone block, creating Bone Fragments and sometimes the Bone Needle.
Use

In order to sew, a Threaded Bone Needle and a Knife must be in the inventory. A clothing piece can then be right-clicked in order to open the Sewing interface.
The Bone Needle is used in the crafting of the Fishing Rod.
